Majestic Theatre

The Majestic Theater opened in 1927. It was purchased by the Schubert Organization during the Great Depression and has been part of the organization ever since.

The architectural construction of the building was designated as an iconic reference point of New York City in 1987. Currently, the Majestic Theater has a capacity of 1,607 seats.

Translation headphones are US $10 per set, and must be purchased at the box office right before the show. The translation is dynamic and entertaining and does not interrupt the original songs. Languages offered are: Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
