NOTE REGARDING BROADWAY TICKET PURCHASES ONLY

BEST AVAILABLE SEATS - At the moment of purchase, you will be assigned the best seats available within the chosen section of the theater. Seats are assigned according to availability in the theater at the date and time of purchase. While you will always receive the best seats available at the moment of your purchase, the sooner you buy the better the availability seats is!

CONSECUTIVE SEATING - For groups of 4 tickets or fewer we guarantee seats will be together. For groups of more than 4 tickets we cannot guarantee consecutive seating, however in our experience 98% percent of purchases for 4 or more tickets receive consecutive seating.

WHEN WILL YOU KNOW YOUR SEATS - Generally, within the next 2 business hours after your purchase, NewYork60.com will email you confirming your exact seats in the theater. This email is purely informative, as your confirmation email contains everything you need to pick up your tickets at the theatre. In rare cases, it can take up to 2 business days to send you the seat information, depending on the theatre.

 Theaters and Seating with NewYork60

The majority of Broadway theaters are divided into two floors. The ground floor is called Orchestra and the second floor is subdivided into Front Mezzanine and Rear Mezzanine. Front Mezzanine hangs over part of the Orchestra. Orchestra has a small section reserved for the most exclusive seats in the theater, called “Premium”. Premium seats are located in the center section of Orchestra and have privileged views.

  • Orchestra and Front Mezzanine prices are the same.
  • Rear Mezzanine prices are lower.
  • Premium prices are significantly higher.

NewYork60.com is an authorized vendor, not a broker or re-seller. We sell a type of ticket called "Best Seats". These tickets are normally discounted below the official published prices. The trade-off is that at the moment of purchase, the theatre itself assigns the best seats available in Orchestra or Front Mezzanine. The vast majority of the time seats are assigned in Orchestra. Our clients receive preference for central locations.

In addition to “Best Seats”, some of our shows offer Premium tickets, Rear Mezzanine tickets, and/or, at times, promotional discounts.  When these alternative tickets are available you will be given the option to choose which kind of ticket you would like to purchase for the show.

Explanations of ticket types:

  • Best Seats (Orchestra / Front Mezzanine)
  • Premium tickets are for a small section of the most exclusive seats in Center Orchestra. Premium tickets are priced significantly higher than Best Seats tickets, however you are assured privileged seating, regardless of how much in advance of the show you purchase.
  • Rear Mezzanine tickets are for the back rows of the second floor and are priced lower than Best Seats.
  • Promo tickets are special offers, which allow you to purchase a regular Orchestra/Front Mezzanine ticket at a special discount.

Note for Premium Tickets: On rare occasions, and for performances with extremely limited availability, the theatre may assign premium seats on the aisle of the Orchestra section, or in the first row of the Front Mezzanine.
