Name changes on a tickets are possible until 48 hours prior to the show/activity. Cancellations are accepted until 10 business days prior to the show/activity. Less than 10 business days prior, it is up to the discretion of the theater/provider to decide whether a refund will be issued. NewYork60.com will do everything we can to assist you, however we cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund within 10 days of the show/activity. Any show/activity published on NewYork60.com as not accepting cancellations will be a final purchase, with absolutely no cancellations or refunds permitted.
