You may cancel your tickets for a FULL REFUND - for any reason, until 10 business days before the show. After 10 business days, the cancellation must be authorized by the theater or tour provider. We will do everything we can to assist you, however we cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund within 10 business days of any show/activity. Any show/activity published on NewYork60.com as not accepting cancellations will be a final purchase, with no cancellations or refunds permitted.
